In 1995 the late, multi-record holder, Barry “Doc” Sadler seemed to instinctively know how to increase his Cummins diesel power, without the common side effects that plagued the aftermarket industry.

The antiquated method of simply adding fuel to increase power had its shortcomings and its costly consequences, such as overheating, bellowing black smoke, and even engine failure, thus Dr. Performance Inc. was born.

The Company focused on improving diesel engine performance in a “warranty-friendly” way. Their outstanding patented performance fuel injectors set a new industry benchmark, as well as their post-ECM performance modules.

Because our performance modules are “Post-ECM” and work with the manufacturer’s settings rather than deleting or changing them, our customers benefit from functional performance improvements without sacrificing future trade-in value, black smoke, and excessive engine wear caused by over-fueling.

Today, the Sadler family and a team of professionals are dedicated to continuing the Dr. Performance legacy with safe, state-of-the-art performance products for today’s sophisticated diesel engines.
